Michelle Sevilla joined Keen Independent as an Executive Assistant to support the operations of the firm. Her experience includes 15 years of administrative support, human resource management, benefits administration, payroll, auditing, recruiting, database management, training and meeting and event planning. She also has expertise in a range of learning management systems.
Ms. Sevilla has worked in similar roles for small nonprofits such as Recovery Innovations and
Jewish Family & Children’s Service. She has also performed related work at large corporations such as Chromalloy, UHaul International, University of Phoenix and
Bank of America.
Outside of her work with Keen Independent, Ms. Sevilla serves as a Legacy Officer for Luke’s Legacy, The Luke Jones Foundation, a foundation that supports first responders and their families. Ms. Sevilla helps to plan, coordinate and advertise foundation events.
Ms. Sevilla earned a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resource Management from
Western International University in Arizona.
