Keen Independent is excited to announce that we have expanded our ownership group to welcome six of our most talented team members: Heather Calvin, Janine Kyritsis, Blanca Monter, Jennifer Tuchband, Joseph Broad, Ph.D. and Nicole Yates, Ph.D.

The transition from a family-owned business to a model of broadly shared ownership, designed for long-term sustainability and growth, is a major milestone in Keen Independent’s development. Our new employee owners join Founding Principal Dave Keen and Managing Principal Alex Keen where they will help build on the firm’s outstanding track record, collectively shape the future and share in the firm’s success. Annette Humm Keen, who co-founded Keen Independent, continues serving our clients as Advising Principal.

Diversity at every level of an organization is both the right and the smart thing to do. This has driven Keen Independent Research from the start. Our transition to employee ownership is a next step in living our values by bringing more women, people of color and LGBTQ+ staff and their varied experiences to firm ownership. It also creates a pathway for potential future ownership for other members of our diverse and incredibly talented team.
