
Annette Humm Keen helps many different types of organizations know and serve their customers. She has a national practice spanning organizational assessment, strategic planning, program development and public engagement. Annette has led or participated in more than 80 equity and diversity assignments, as well as directed many water conservation and arts and culture studies. She is a frequent speaker and author on these subjects. Annette applies her knowledge of design principles when leading arts, recreation, museum, zoo and other projects.
