Ms. Henrickson, Keen Independent Consultant, joined the firm in early 2018. Since then, she has consulted on various disparity and equity studies, including studies for Hawaii Department of Transportation, Arizona Department of Transportation, the City of Baton Rouge, Louisiana and Kansas City, Missouri.
Sarah has also assisted with research and data analysis for other projects including the Denver Arts and Venues Study, the Transportation Research Board research assignment for the National Academy of Sciences and the City of San Jose, California Dichotomy Study.
Ms. Henrickson has extensive experience performing quantitative analysis, including evaluating local marketplace conditions, creating and organizing databases of business owner characteristics and available firms, and compiling and managing contract data.
Sarah also regularly conducts research and writes literature reviews on topics including equity and inclusion methods, small business initiatives and local market conditions. Sarah has conducted in-depth interviews, survey data collection and management and peer training while contributing to Keen Independent’s disparity studies nationwide.
Ms. Henrickson is nearing completion of her Master of Science degree in Applied Economics with a focus on Policy Analysis at the University of Minnesota. She also earned a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Macalester College in Saint Paul, Minnesota as well as studied at Pontificia Universidad Católica in Santiago, Chile.
