The City of Mesa engaged Keen Independent to create strategic plans for Arizona Museum of Natural History, i.d.e.a. Museum and Mesa Arts Center.

Strategic plans for each organization:

• Create a compelling mission and vision statement;
• Determine strategic goals and objectives for the upcoming three-year period; and
• Identify programming, services and operational priorities to best serve the Mesa community.

The plans are based on input from the community, organizational staff, City leadership and other key stakeholders as well as market research and analysis of each organization’s initiatives and operations.
