Dr. Vivien Lattibeaudiere joined Keen Independent with 30-years of training and equity program experience. She has worked for state agencies, such as the Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT) and institutions of higher education. Vivien contributes valuable insights regarding the client-side of availability and disparity studies, and has influenced and reformed government agencies, colleges, universities and nonprofit organizations. She is the recipient of Harvard University John F. Kennedy Foundation and Western Association of Highway Officials Civil Rights innovation awards.
